Federal tax laws facilitated her giving and empowered her to set aside a gift during her own lifetime. Rich Iowa farmland-80 acres-was transferred to Hope Haven, with funds invested in more than 1,000 wheelchairs over five years. Her gift changed the lives of children and their parents on every continent.
Over the years, as she moved from her farm to a retirement community, this friend of Hope Haven enjoyed photos of children whose futures she forever changed! Her farm acreage provided for her family for generations. Now a portion of that farm is changing lives, while delivering Jesus' love all over the world.
